One-Year Warranty
We have a standard one-year warranty on all steel hydraulic fittings from the date of invoice. We take great care in checking the quality of our parts. If you have a problem with a part, we want to know. If it's our mistake, we'll repair or replace it. Upon your request, we can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance.
In full legal terms: Pressure Connections Corp. warrants goods sold in this catalog to be free from defects, in materials and workmanship, for a period of 365 days from the date of the invoice. If within such a period any such goods shall be so defective then such goods shall be repaired or replaced. Such correction or replacement of defective goods shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities in respect to such goods. Warranty shall not apply to products subjected to (either during storage or use) accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse, improper installation or unsuitable applications. In no event shall Pressure Connections be liable for consequential or accidental damage arising out of a delay in, or failure of, delivery or in defects in material and/or workmanship. Standard policy is that our products not be sold for use in ultra-hazardous applications such as aircraft, spacecraft, pollution and/or hazardous substance environments without written consent from Pressure Connections Corp.
WARNING:
Modifying a part can be hazardous. Consult Pressure Connections for modifications, special fittings, or special applications. For example, welding on fittings made of leaded steel, especially when zinc plated, causes toxic fumes that can result in serious injury or death. ALL our FORGED fittings are made from Non-leaded steel.
Are You ISO 9000?
We have integrated ISO 9000 principles into our Quality Assurance program. We will to provide you with the documentation needed to satisfy your Quality system requirements. At your request we will provide a Corrective Action Report and Evaluation. We also have Initial Sample Inspection, In-Process and Final Inspection Reports. TOP
Need to Return Some Parts?
Just call and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form. We ask that the parts be securely packaged as they'll need to be in original condition upon our inspection. Return the RGA form with the parts to:

A credit will be issued minus a 20% processing and restocking fee. Remember, we cannot fulfill return requests for damaged items, Special Order, Unusually High Demand Orders, Volume Priced Orders, Made to Order (MTO), Price on Request (POR), or items purchased over one year. TOP
Specials
We are competitive on special steel adapters. Our Engineering Department can design fittings to meet your needs. Special Order and Made to Order (MTO) runs have a 10% over-run or under-run variance, which is standard in manufacturing. The invoice will be adjusted accordingly. TOP
Discounted Terms
Our standard terms are 1%10/Net 30 Days. Invoices are dated the day your order is shipped. Remember, discounts apply to product only for non-C.O.D. shipments. TOP
Cancellations
All we ask is that you put it in writing and drop it in the mail or fax it to us. Special Order, Unusually High Demand Orders, Volume Priced Orders, Made to Order (MTO) and Price on Request (POR) orders are considered non-cancelable, but don't worry, we will notify you in writing before we accept an order for a non-cancelable part.
