Call or email us to make order changes. Special order, unusually high demand orders and Made to Order (MTO) items are considered non-cancelable/non-returnable. We will notify you in writing before we accept an order for a non-cancelable part. Once orders have been released to our warehouse for processing, we cannot make changes.

When you call Pressure Connections you know you're going to talk to a real person. Our Customer Service and Sales personnel are committed to courtesy with a smile. Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. We also provide a 24-hour fax line and email for your convenience.

We are competitive on special steel adapters. Our Engineering Department can design fittings to meet your needs. Special Order and Made to Order (MTO) runs have a 10% over-run or under-run variance, which is standard in manufacturing. The invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form. All returns must be no older than 12 months from purchase date and in original condition. We ask that the parts be securely packaged as they'll need to be in original condition upon our inspection. All approved returns will be issued a credit minus a 25% processing and restocking fee. We cannot fulfill return requests for damaged items, special orders, unusually high demand orders, Made To Order (MTO) items, items purchased over one year, or items not originally purchased from us. Save time by ordering from fewer sources. We stock a large inventory of hydraulic products including hose and fittings, adapters, quick disconnects, and hydraulic swivel joints. We also make hose assemblies and kits according to your required specifications.

We are a certified ISO 9001:2015 Registered firm. Our Quality Assurance program is able to provide high quality fittings and service according to ISO 9000 principles. All of the documentation needed to satisfy your Quality system requirements is on hand. At your request we will provide a Corrective Action Report and Evaluation. We also have Initial Sample Inspection, In-Process and Final Inspection Reports.

We've placed pictures, reference numbers and crossover charts in our catalog to assist you in crossing your numbers over to ours, but we're willing to do it for you on every order. Please feel free to ask us specific questions instead of relying solely on the pictures and other information in the catalog. Our standard terms are 1/2% 10 Net 30 Days. Invoices are dated the day your order is shipped. Remember, discounts apply to product only for non- C.O.D. shipments.

We have a standard one-year warranty on all steel hydraulic fittings from the date of invoice. We take great care in checking the quality of our parts. For full warranty information please see our terms of sale.
